How do I choose a styling tool?
Compare the barrel shape and size in each product’s details. Heatless tools use no electrical heat; clip curlers have a clamp; wands have an open barrel; wave irons use a hinged wave format.
What voltage do electrical tools use?
Electrical products in this collection are specified for 120V, 60Hz with a US plug. They are not described as dual-voltage. Check the product instructions before use.
Where do you ship?
We ship free to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO addresses are not included.
How long does delivery take?
Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch: an estimated total of 4–6 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees.
What is the order cutoff?
07:00 PM Central Standard Time (GMT−06:00), fixed throughout the year. Orders at or after the cutoff, on weekends or US federal holidays start processing the next business day. Before-cutoff business-day orders use that day as the processing starting point.
Can I request a return?
Contact us within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging with all accessories. Obtain authorization before returning to our address in France. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; international shipping costs may apply. There is no restocking fee.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact support with your order number and issue details. We cover return shipping for company errors, damage and defects. Ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent these claims.
When are refunds processed?
After receipt and inspection of the returned item and approval, refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
Is tax charged at checkout?
The displayed tax charge is $0.00. This does not mean the products are legally tax-exempt.
