Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with all included accessories.

The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent a claim for these issues. We cover return shipping costs for company errors, damage and defects.
